Our History
Founded in 1910 African Americans and Caucasian citizens united together in an effort to eradicate racial discrimination and segregation and promote parity for minorities in all phases of American life.
The Greater Warren-Youngstown Urban league (GWYUL) has been in existence since 1930 and is an affiliate of the National Urban League, and replicates its mission and goals.
