About the event
7 17 Credit Union's inaugural Blues, Brews, and BBQ Festival will highlight the best local, regional, and national Blues talent and offer a taste of the most delicious BBQ in Northeast Ohio. Headline performers include the great Shemekia Copeland, and the talented "King" Solomon Hicks. Others include the Warren Community Gospel Choir, Cleveland's Backstreet Blues Band, Sackville Rhythm and Blues Band, Damian Knapp, Jazz in the Park Allstars, Norman Nardini, and Aaron McCoy and Friends.
The festival will also benefit three local charities including the United Way of Trumbull County, Game Changers, Inc., and the Warren-Youngstown Urban League.
This all day event begins at noon and ends at 9:00pm. Gates open at 11:00am. The BBQ competition is from noon to 4:00pm and you can sample and vote for your favorites. Food and beverage vendors will be on-site all day. Bring your lawn chairs and parking is FREE!
